"Recently tried this and it was great. We had Dry Curry Chicken Rice Vermicelli Mix Noodle (a mouthful to say, but even better to eat), Special Sauce Chee Cheong Fun, crazy good pork ribs, Nasi Lemak with tender beef rendang, plus a special kopi and teh tarik to seal the deal. Overall experience was good. There wasn’t a queue when we went there for a dinner on a Friday evening. The seats are comfy and the staffs are very accommodating. My fave here is their dry curry chicken rice vermicelli mix noodles, the flavours are spot on with the right noodle texture."

We ordered the Pork Rib King on Rice and Creamy Chicken Chop Rice — both solid choices, but the Creamy Chicken Chop was the real standout! Perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and smothered in a rich, velvety sauce with just the right hint of sweetness. Portions are generous, flavors are bold, and the menu has plenty to explore. Definitely coming back for another round!"

"We went for a family outing in the city on a Saturday and we parked our car at 570 Bourke St. As it was close to lunch time, and Lim Kopi was right there so we thought we would give it a try. From the outside the restaurant didn't look like much. But on the inside, it was an interesting narrow and long restaurant setting. We grabbed a table and ordered CKT and Chicken Laksa. Both dishes were authentic. The CKT was full of wok hei. Luckily I asked the lady if CKT was spicy by default. It wasn't so I asked for mild spiciness. So keep this in mind. The worst thing that can happen to a CKT is if it is not spicy haha.. The laksa broth was full of flavours and not too thick. I quite enjoyed the laksa but I might pay $1 more for the hainanese chicken laksa next time. Overall, a great little Malaysian restaurant hidden at the quiet end of Little Bourke St. I would recommend this restaurant."

"We had petai or bitter bean, stir fried with minced pork, pork noodles and meat popiah or spring roll. Tasted like it did in Malaysia. And they had the chili sides, they had four different options! Loved their duck char kway teow which was so smokey. Hainanese chicken was so juicy, sweet and savoury, but I felt like it needed more depth. Bak kut teh soothed my soul and stomach. Perfect rich bowl of umami. Always so many options and large portions, you’ll never be disappointed. Amazing wok hei that is constantly burning with fire and passion.
